Community Engagement

Beyond work, I'm committed to community service, serving on the Board of The Hoffman Center for the Arts in Manzanita, OR. I also volunteer as a coach and facilitator for nonprofit initiatives.

Personal Journey

Originally from Wisconsin, I've called the San Francisco Bay Area and Portland home. Now, I reside on the beautiful Oregon coast with my husband, dog, and two cats.

I definitely miss the sessions as well and appreciate the time, thoughtfulness, caring and expertise you brought to our coaching session. It was so authentic and healing. Just what I needed to help continue to guide and lift me to the next phase of my life’s journey. Our coaching sessions were insightful, provoking, inspiring, challenging and much more. I didn’t know or think I needed it, but I did. With our sessions, I was able to finally lift that last heavy layer of cloud and dig deep to continually commit to acknowledging the fears and working through them rather than hiding, retreating or procrastination. It helped me to realize how capable, strong, smart and deserving I am to become and love what I want out of life. Thank you for your love, patience, passion, dedication, authenticity and guidance as I continued to unearth and discover parts of myself.
